This is some of Alison, Katy, and I favorite pictures. We had a bond fire after Alyssa's 3rd birthday party. I think that she looks so happy and not in pain. I'm so glad that they made the trip home from S.C. for the girls birthday parties.
Rene, you don't know me but I came across your blog from Alison's blog, which I got to from someone else's blog. I wanted to drop you a note and tell you how sorry I am that you are experiencing such pain. I have one sister that I am extremely close to, and I can't imagine how devastating it would be to lose her. I'm sure you wonder some days how you can get up and put one foot in front of the other. I have a brother who was diagnosed in October 2007 with stage 4 prostate cancer, so I know it is difficult to watch someone you love suffer so much. You are brave, and I know Alison is looking down from heaven and is so proud of you. I found it interesting that Alison was buried in Rush County, which is where I was born and raised. Small world, huh? Take care of your beautiful daughters, and know that Alison will always be with you in spirit.
Rene - it doesn't sound dumb...at all! You can add me and then on your layout page, go under "links" and then "sorting" choose the "don't sort" then next to the person name, you can use those arrows on where you want to move them on your list. Hope that works!
